About Aditya

Aditya Joshi works with AI product development and user behavior research to design and deploy data-intensive systems responsibly. His experience spans production ML, enterprise compliance systems, adaptive learning analytics, and human-centered AI products. He specializes in translating stakeholder needs and technical possibilities into clear product scope, evaluation frameworks, and implementation strategies.

Aditya is currently working as a postdoctoral researcher at Utrecht University in the Netherlands. His work currently involves value-sensitive design leading to research, development, and adoption of AI technology for helping students improve their presentation and public speaking skills.
